Corename:
Name corrections can be made adjustments with the following conditions:
Correction of names that do not match the spelling of a maximum of 3 characters
Example: Hendry becomes Hendri, Arif becomes Arief
Lack of letters in last name and/or surname/baptismal name
Gender/Gender Adjustment
The name correction process can only be done through the Citilink contact center and at the airport.
Change Name :
Name changes can be made according to the following conditions:
Name changes can be made for all class tickets except for the specified promo class
Name change administration fee of IDR 1,500,000/pax/route
Name changes can only be made by the passenger concerned who is not included in the corename category. by attaching KTP / other valid ID. (tickets may not be transferred to another person) The process of changing the name can only be done through the Citilink and airport contact centers Corrections and name changes can be made a maximum of H-2 hours before the flight. Passengers are required to show valid identification.

Airport
For domestic flights the counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure. Especially for Soekarno Hatta International Airport, it closes 45 minutes before departure. For International flights the counter opens 3 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure. For web/mobile check-in only for domestic flights starting from 48 hours before departure time.

Mobile Check-in and Web Check-in can be done 48 hours to 30 minutes before domestic departure time. The check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure time and closes 30 minutes for domestic flights or 1 hour for international flights before departure time.
Especially for departures from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, check-in (mobile, web, kiosk, counter) & baggage drop is closed 45 minutes before scheduled departure for domestic and 1 hour before scheduled international departure. You must purchase a new ticket if you do not check-in 45 minutes for domestic flights or 1 hour for international flights before departure time.
To enter the airport and for check-in purposes, you will need to present your e-ticket along with an original government-issued photo identification, such as a passport, driver's license or Indonesian ID card.
You can check-in online through Citilink's Mobile Apps in the following ways:
Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of "Citilink" Mobile Apps. If you already have Citilink Mobile Apps, you can directly click the Check-in menu. Make sure you already have a booking code consisting of a 6 digit combination of letters and numbers.
Enter the flight booking code and the last name of one of the passengers.
Make sure the check-in process is complete and get a e-boarding pass.
Passengers are required to be in the waiting room 40 minutes before departure time.
Passenger shall be waiting room 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure (shown on the boarding pass)
For babies check-in, please bring a copy of the baby's birth certificate. If the baby has not had a birth certificate, it can be replaced by birth certificate from the hospital.
Pregnant women are expected to consult a doctor to obtain a health certificate or flightworthiness letter. The letter is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
Notes:
In the event of certain conditions where pregnant passengers are unable to present a health certificate or a letter of fitness to fly from a doctor, Citilink will require the passenger to sign a Citilink Limited Liability Statement (Form of Indemnity) at the time of check-in, to release Citilink from any liability arising from this. If the passenger is unable to sign, the passenger may appoint a family member to sign the Statement.
Pregnant women with a gestational age above 36 weeks are not permitted to travel by air.
Infants/Babies under 8 days old are not accepted for air travel.
Infants/Babies aged 8 days to 20 days are accepted with a doctor's certificate/medical clearance.
Infants/Babies aged 21 days to 23 months are accepted without a doctor's certificate/medical clearance.
Premature infants and unhealthy infants can only be accepted for travel after obtaining a doctor's certificate/medical clearance.
Infant/Babies under 2 years is acceptable for air travel by following the following conditions:
Infant/Bayi must be accompanied by a companion who buys airline tickets. The companion must travel with the same plane, in the same class, and the same destination with the Infant.
The Infant/Bayi must be accompanied by an adult companion who can and are able to take full responsibility for dealing with infant
Passengers who are considered as adults aged 12 years old and above
Passengers who are considered as children aged from 2 - 12 years old
Passengers who are considered as infant under the age of 2 years old
For customers with disabilities (incapacitate Passenger) who use or carry a wheelchair (wheel chair) and mothers with infants who carry a baby stroller (baby stroller), exempted from the cost of transportation for pushchairs and strollers, if put into the baggage as checked baggage (checked baggage)
Baggage
Free checked baggage allowance promo is valid for all domestic and international flight routes (specifically for DPS-DIL, DIL-DPS, DPS-POM and POM-DPS routes) as much as : 20kg for flights with Airbus A320 aircraft and 10kg for flights with ATR aircraft per passenger.

Before leaving the arrival terminal, make sure your baggage is in good condition. If you find damage, before leaving the arrival terminal make sure you make a report to the Baggage Service or Lost & Found Department for domestic or international to obtain a Proof of Report (PIR). The Staff will identify the level of damage as Minor or Major to determine the compensation value, referring to the rules and procedures applicable on Citilink Flights. If your report is made after you have left the arrival terminal. Our officers will make a report instead of a PIR. However, this report cannot be used as proof of liability.
For electronics with batteries, make sure the batteries are separated from the device and carried in carry-on baggage. For Portable Electronic Devices, the power requirement is 12V or 100Wh, with a maximum of 2 spare batteries of the same size, which must be placed with a separator (generally using a drone bag or camera with a separator). If the total dimensions are below cabin requirements, then the device can be included in cabin baggage. If the cabin baggage allowance is exceeded, the item is included in checked baggage.
Passengers (except infants) are allowed to carry up to 7 kg of luggage with dimensions of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (for flights with A-320 aircraft) and 41 cm x 34 cm x 17 cm (for flights with ATR aircraft) in the Citilink cabin. The weight of luggage in the cabin must not exceed 7 kg. Wheeled bags may be brought into the cabin as long as their dimensions are equal to or less than the dimensions listed above. In addition, you may bring a cosmetic kit or laptop. This baggage must fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment.
Not allowed
Musical equipment can be carried as long as it is placed in a protective case and placed in checked baggage labeled “FRAGILE”. Passengers are required to make a request at the baggage drop counter when handing over baggage.
Zamzam water is included in the baggage allowance, except on Umrah charter flights where an additional 5kg of Zamzam water is free.

Wheelchairs are not included in the cabin baggage criteria, but are included in checked baggage.

In-Flight
Pre-Book Meals (PBM) are available when purchasing tickets or visiting the website www.citilink.co.id
Citilink sells a wide range of meals, from snacks to main meals (while supplies last). You can place your order directly during your flight.
You are not allowed to smoke/use e-cigarettes during the flight.
Electronic equipment that can interfere with aircraft navigation during takeoff and landing must be turned off.
The stroller can be used up to the door before boarding the aircraft and counts as checked baggage. The stroller can be collected under the stairs, outside the airplane door or at the baggage claim area. Depending on airport conditions.
Folding strollers are allowed to be carried on board as cabin baggage as long as the size and or weight does not exceed the cabin baggage policy of 7 (seven) kilos and or dimensions of 56 x 36 x 23 cm.

Special Handling
Is a child aged 6-12 years who will and or when traveling/traveling by plane (Airlines) in a normal and healthy physical and mental condition without being accompanied/accompanied by an adult (Parent/Child Guardian and/or Adult) who is responsible during the flight.
- UM passengers when booking/traveling are aged from 6 years to 12 years.
- UM passengers are accepted on Citilink Indonesia domestic flights.
- UM passengers must be in good physical and mental health
- There must be a seat reservation in advance (Confirmed Booking)
- Confirmed Booking applies Point to Point, for Transit: same day/same plane or Over Night is not permitted/not permitted.
- Transportation is valid from airport to airport.
- The UM name must be appropriate and valid for the flight stated on the document/ticket.
- Ensure pick-up data and record completely who the person will pick up at the destination station.
- If there is no pick-up for the UM and/or it does not match the previous pick-up data on arrival, then the UM is returned to the Original Station at the first opportunity, the costs incurred are borne by the Passenger/Parents/Family."
