About LinkMiles

LinkMiles is a loyalty program for loyal Citilink Indonesia customers.

Each LinkMiles membership will earn miles, namely units earned every time you fly on an eligible Citilink flight and/or transact with partners in the LinkMiles program.

The validity period of miles is 2 (two) years from when they are credited to the LinkMiles membership account.

Bonus 200 LinkMiles Mileage with 1 (one) year expiry.

800 Mileage Bonus with 3-month expiry.

Every LinkMiles member will earn miles for every eligible Citilink flight.

LinkMiles members can also enjoy exclusive services, such as priority boarding, priority check-in, rescheduling, and extra baggage. Get various discounts for pre-booked meals; choose green zone or regular zone seats and lounges.

LinkMiles membership registration can be done via the Citilink application and website (m-member.citilink.co.id/app/auth/signin). LinkMiles members will receive a card number upon successful registration.

Following are the steps to register for LinkMiles membership via the Citilink application:

  1. Download the latest version of the Citilink application via Google Play or the App Store.
  2. Click "Got LinkMiles?" or click the "LinkMiles" icon in the "Other Products" menu.
  3. Select "Register Account Now" and complete your personal data.
  4. Make "Your Password" contain at least a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters. contains at least lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols, with an example: Citilink24@
  5. Check the LinkMiles activation email in your email and click "Activate Now."
  6. Re-enter the Citilink application and do "Sign In."
  7. After successfully registering as a LinkMiles member and getting a 200-mile LinkMiles bonus (with an expiration date of one year),
  8. LinkMiles registration is free of charge.
  9. The LinkMiles membership card is only an electronic card that appears on the Citilink application.

 

Following are the steps on the Citilink website (m-member.citilink.co.id/app/auth/signin):

  1. Visit the Citilink website at citilink.co.id.
  2. Select the "Profile" icon, then "Member List."
  3. Select "Register Account Now" and complete your personal data.
  4. Make "Your Password" contain at least a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters. contains at least lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols, with an example: Citilink24@
  5. Check the LinkMiles activation email in your email and click "Activate Now."
  6. Enter the Citilink website again and do "Sign In."
  7. After successfully registering as a LinkMiles member and getting a 200-mile LinkMiles bonus (with an expiration date of one year),
  8. LinkMiles registration is free of charge.
  9. The LinkMiles membership card is only an electronic card that appears on the Citilink application.

If activation fails, you can attach the email address registered with your LinkMiles membership and attach the email to Customercare@citilink.co.id.

Updating your LinkMiles membership data profile can be done via the Citilink application.

Following are the steps to update your profile via the Citilink application:

  1. Download the Citilink application on your cellphone.
  2. Log in using your LinkMiles account.
  3. After the login process is successful, click "Account".
  4. Click "Profile".
  5. Click "Change" on the data you want to update.
  6. Enter your data changes, then click "Save."

*If there is a merger of LinkMiles accounts or changes in name and date of birth, members can submit a request via email at Customercare@citilink.co.id.

If you experience problems logging in to the Citilink application, here are the steps to reset your password via the Citilink application:

  1. Open the Citilink application, then click "Forgot password?"
  2. “Enter Your Email Address." Make sure the account is registered, and click "Continue."
  3. Check the "Reset Your Password Here" email sent to your email.
  4. Click "Reset Password" in the email you received.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Save.

LinkMiles has five (five) membership levels, such as:

  1. Newbie Greeners.
  2. HighFlyer Greeners: < 4,000 miles
  3. Elite Greeners: < 12,000 miles
  4. Crown Greeners: < 24,000 miles
  5. Crown+ (coming soon).

How to Earn and Claim Mileage

  • You must become a LinkMiles member first before flying.
  • Make sure the name and email at the time of reservation match the name and email on your LinkMiles membership.
  • If you fly and have a stopover on the flight, the miles that can be claimed are only the distance from departure to arrival.
  • Miles claims are processed no later than 3 x 24 hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
  • *Claims apply to all flight classes.

Except for flights using promos on online travel agents.
Claiming miles on Citilink flights can be made no later than six (six) months after the flight activity.
*Please note that not all Citilink flight tickets will earn miles because the award of miles is determined based on the ticket in the flight class you purchase.

If you have registered as a LinkMiles member, you can earn miles automatically (in real-time) when flying, provided that the name and email on the ticket reservation match the name and email that have been registered on the LinkMiles member account.

Mileage that is not automatically credited to your membership account can be claimed in the following ways:

Steps to claim missing mileage via the Citilink application:

  1. Download the Citilink application on your cellphone.
  2. Enter the Citilink application and click "Account."
  3. Click “LinkMiles & Referrals,” then select "Claim Mileage."
  4. Complete the "Booking Code" data, then click "Search Flights."
  5. Once successful, you will get a notification email.
  6. You can check whether your missing mileage claim has been successful by clicking the "Account" tab, then clicking "LinkMiles & Referrals," then selecting "Transaction History."

*Claiming mileage is free of charge.

LinkMiles membership tier can be increased by collecting flight frequency or tier miles obtained from eligible Citilink flights during the last activity period.

  • To achieve HighFlyer Greeners membership, you must accumulate 4,000 Tier Miles or collect an 80 Flight Frequency Score.
  • To achieve Elite Greeners membership, you must collect 12,000 Tier Miles and a 180 Flight Frequency Score.
  • To achieve Crown Greeners membership, you must accumulate 24,000 Tier Miles.

Based on the calculation above, it is obtained from the frequency of flights made by you. Tier miles are miles earned for every flight with Citilink. The flight frequency score is determined based on the distance traveled from Citilink flight routes according to each subclass.

  • LinkMiles membership will not expire regardless of whether there is flight activity or whether you never log in to your LinkMiles account.
  • Membership levels can be downgraded one level if there is no flight activity for one year.

You cannot claim miles if you do not fly. Claiming miles can only be done if the flight status is already flown.

Miles are valid for two years.


Award Ticket Information

Redemption of miles that have been collected on a LinkMiles account can be done via the Citilink application. Steps to exchange award tickets via the Citilink application:

  1. Open the Citilink application. “Use your LinkMiles” checklist for redemption.
  2. Select a flight schedule and “Find Flights."
  3. Select the flight schedule and ensure that enough “Number of Miles” are redeemed.
    “Select the package” you want.
  4. Make sure the Citilinkers "Order Form" data is complete and appropriate.
  5. Find the “Additional Products” of the flight service.
  6. Select “Payment Method."
  7. Pay using the payment method you choose.
  8. Transaction successful.

Cancellation requests for Citilink flight award tickets can be made by sending an email to Customercare@citilink.co.id.

The refund application will be automatically canceled if the refund supporting documents are not sent back to Citilink within 2x24 hours. For each cancellation of an award ticket flight, miles will be deducted by 20% (twenty percent) of the total value of miles, and applications for award ticket cancellations can be made no later than 4 (four) hours before the initial flight.

When exchanging miles for award tickets, LinkMiles membership is charged for payment of various local taxes, additional state taxes, insurance fees, fuel surcharges, and/or other additional fees determined by Citilink or Citilink partner airlines. To exchange award tickets, LinkMiles membership on Citilink flights will be charged an administration fee for both fresh issues and rebooks as follows:

IDR 75,000 per booking code for award tickets issued by the site (m-member.citilink.co.id).

Tickets purchased using miles (award tickets) on Citilink flights cannot be changed to the flight route and cannot be changed to the flight schedule.

  • If there is a delay in the flight schedule, passengers with award tickets will receive the same compensation as other regular passengers.
  • If a flight is canceled and all regular passengers are given an endorsement (transfer to another airline's flight), then passengers with award tickets will get the same endorsement as other regular passengers.
  • If a flight is canceled by Citilink, the administration fee of IDR 75,000 will be 100% refunded. Please confirm email to (Customercare@citilink.co.id).
  • In the event of a flight cancellation by Citilink, the miles that have been deducted will be refunded 100%. Please confirm email to (Customercare@citilink.co.id).

About GarudaMiles

You are only allowed to have one LinkMiles membership number. If you have more than one (one) LinkMiles membership number, only one of the numbers can be recognized. The miles contained in each membership card can be combined on an approved card. To merge accounts, please contact Customercare@citilink.co.id.

Airline miles cannot be assigned to other members. However, you can exchange the miles in the form of a Citilink award ticket.

Yes, you need to register for LinkMiles membership via the Citilink application.

GarudaMiles members who are already at a certain level of membership in GarudaMiles, when registering with LinkMiles, the GarudaMiles membership level is no longer valid and will start at the initial level of LinkMiles membership, namely Newbie Greeners.

GarudaMiles that have been collected by members cannot currently be used to exchange for Citilink flight tickets but can still be used to exchange for Garuda Indonesia flight tickets. Redemption of these miles can be done via the “Fly Garuda” mobile application and via the website www.garuda-indonesia.com.

Miles can be claimed only when you have an active LinkMiles membership.
