Download the new version of the Citilink app via Google Play or the App Store.

Click Have LinkMiles or click the LinkMiles icon.

Choose Register an account now.

Complete your details.

Create a password of at least:​

• Minimum 8 and maximum 16 characters.​
• Uppercase letters
• Numbers​
• Symbol

Check the activation email on your Citilinkers email.

Activate your account now with the email you used.

Enter your registered email and password.

Login has been successful.

Open the Citilink app. Checklist Use your LinkMiles for redemption.

Select flight schedule and Find Flights.

Choose the flight schedule and make sure enough miles are redeemed.

Choose the package.

Make sure the personal identity data is complete.

Choose your extras for the perfect trip.

Continue to Payment.

Pay using the chosen payment method.

Transaction Successful.

Choose Profile or LinkMiles.

Select LinkMiles dan Referrals.

Choose Redeem Miles.

Select and click on the LinkMiles partner.

Click redeem with Miles.

Check the unique code on your email.

A unique code has been sent via your email.

Choose Claim Mileage.

Enter the booking code and click Search Flights.

The mileage claim notification has been successful.
