Terms & Conditions

1. Passengers can pre-book Surprise In X Endorphins products maximum of 72 hours before flight departure via the Citilink App or call center, available for passengers travelling from:
   • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Tangerang, Terminal 3 Domestic (CGK)
   • Halim Perdanakusuma Airport - Jakarta, Domestic Terminal (HLP)
   • Juanda International Airport – Surabaya, Terminal 1 Domestic Departure (SUB)
   • I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport – Bali, Terminal Domestic Departure (DPS)
2. Hanya berlaku pada penerbangan dengan pesawat tipe Airbus A320 & A330
3. Penumpang berhak mendapatkan barang dan layanan berupa:

4. Purchases cannot be made on the spot / walk-in.
5. Surprise In products that have been purchased cannot be cancelled, transferred to other passengers, exchanged, or returned after purchase (full refund only applies to passengers who already purchased pre-book Surprise In, but the goods are not given to passengers on the plane due to operational reasons).

Terms & Conditions

1. Passengers can purchase Surprise In products with a Birthday or Anniversary theme on a pre-book basis a maximum of 72 hours before the flight via the BettertFly Citilink mobile app which is available for passengers travelling from :
• Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Tangerang, Terminal 3 Domestic (CGK)
• Halim Perdanakusuma Airport - Jakarta, Domestic Terminal (HLP)
• Juanda International Airport – Surabaya, Terminal 1 Domestic Departure (SUB)
• I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport – Bali, Terminal Domestic Departure (DPS)
2. Only valid on flights with Airbus A320 & A330 type aircraft
3. Passengers are entitled to goods and services in the form of:
• Pack of 16 chocolate pralines, Snack by Dapur Cokelat product, merchandise tote bag & greeting card signed by crew on duty
• Cabin greeting
• Photo with crew during flight (Only if conditions allow)
• Photos will be uploaded on Citilink's social media stories
4. Purchases cannot be made on the spot / walk-in.
5. Surprise In products that have been purchased cannot be canceled, transferred to other passengers, exchanged, or returned after purchase. (Full refund only applies to passengers who have made a pre-book purchase but the goods are not given to passengers on the plane due to operational reasons).
