Citilinkers the more often they fly with Citilink, the more Miles Citilinkers get! Citilinkers can also convert points from other loyalty programs into Citilink Miles. Miles that Citilinkes has can be exchanged for many special offers from Citilink.

PointAja Redemption Terms and Conditions :

  1. Make sure you are registered as a LinkMiles member. You cannot receive miles if you have not registered as a LinkMiles member.
  2. Email the unique code listed on the voucher to: NLR@citilink.co.id and LinkMiles will be processed within approximately 3 (three) days.
  3. The validity period for mileage usage will be calculated when the mileage is credited to your account.
    (Expiry date: 2 years).

 

How to Register for LinkMiles Membership :

  1. Download the Citilink application on your cellphone
  2. Log in to the Citilink application and click the “Account” tab
  3. Click "Register here"
  4. Enter the email you want to register as a member, then click "Next"
  5. Complete the "Personal Information" data, then click "Next"
  6. Complete the contact number data, then click "Next"
  7. Enter your member password, then click "Done"
  8. Click the activation link in the email sent to your email
  9. Login using your registered password and email
  10. After successfully logging in, you will receive email notifications and attractive offers
  11. Open the Citilink application, you have successfully registered as a LinkMiles member and received a 200 Mileage LinkMiles Bonus.
  12. LinkMiles registration is free of charge
  13. The LinkMiles membership card is only an electronic card that appears on the Citilink application.

Terms & Conditions:
  1. Redemption to Citilink LinkMiles mileage is a minimum of 100 JNE Loyalty Card (JLC) Points.
  2. Every 100 JLC points exchanged can be converted into 150 LinkMiles Mileage.
  3. Redemption only applies to JLC members who have registered as Citilink LinkMiles members.
  4. JLC members who are not yet Citilink LinkMiles members should register first.
  5. The exchanged LinkMiles mileage will be added to the LinkMiles member account no later than 3 x 24 hours from the date of exchange.
  6. The validity period for using LinkMiles will be calculated when the miles are credited to the member's account. (LinkMiles expiration date: 2 years).
  7. Every exchange of JLC points for LinkMiles Mileage in the period 1 April – 30 April 2023 will get 30% Miles cashback.
  8. 30% miles cashback is not valid outside the dates of this period.

  3. Bonus Miles Amount: For each hotel/resort stay transaction by an eligible LinkMiles member as defined, the member will earn 3 LinkMiles or 1 LinkMiles for every USD 1 in total hotel bill, excluding taxes and service charges.
