LinkMiles - Cash & Miles

Makes it more profitable paying for tickets and other Citilink products with a combination of "Cash & Miles" payments via the Citilink application or m-member.citilink.co.id.

LinkMiles members can redeem miles in full or reduce the price of Citilink tickets and products. The price difference can be paid in cash, either via debit/credit card or other payments.

To enjoy the "Cash and Miles" feature, make sure Citilinkers have downloaded or updated the latest Citilink application.

Terms and Conditions

• Minimum redemption of 1,000 miles, valid for ticket purchases on domestic and international routes and other Citilink products.
• Cash and Miles redemption is not valid for infant tickets.
• Redemption rates vary depending on the route, travel period or other factors at the discretion of Citilink Indonesia.
• Cash and Miles payment is only available through the Citilink app. If you book through a travel agent or Citilink call center, you will not have the option to use Cash and Miles for payment.
• Cash and Miles is only applicable for flights operated by Citilink. If the itinerary includes round-trip flights operated by other airlines or codeshare flights, Cash and Miles is not applicable.
• Cash and Miles is only valid for one-way or round-trip ticket purchases and cannot be used for transactions with other promotions or channels (Promo codes and Bank Discounts).
• If you do not make a payment within the Reservation Time Limit, the miles will be automatically forfeited.
• Time Limit Reservation and Reinstate:

  The rules for Time Limit Reservation and Reinstate are as follows:

  1. DOI < 24 hours before Schedule Time Departure (STD), Time Limit Reservation 30 minutes.
  2. DOI > 24 hours up to 72 hours before Schedule Time Departure (STD), Time Limit Reservation 2 hours.
  3. DOI > 72 hours up to 14 days before Schedule Time Departure (STD), Reservation Time Limit 5 hours.
  4. DOI 15 to 30 days before Schedule Time Departure (STD), Reservation Time Limit 1 day.
• Ticket purchases using Cash and Miles can be refunded or rescheduled following the applicable provisions.
• Any cancellation of miles payment (refund) is non-refundable.
• Citilink reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
