For the convenience of Citilinkers who are waiting for their flights, Airport Lounge facilities are available which can be ordered together with pre-booked ticket purchases through the application and website or directly (walk in) at the Citilink cashier.
- Passengers can purchase Saphire Cenderawasih or Plaza Premium Lounge Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Tangerang (CGK), Terminal 3 International directly at the Citilink cashier, call center, or Pre-Book via the Citilink App for:
- Saphire Cenderawasih Premium Lounge, code SSR SCPL (IDR399,000 including tax)
- Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge, code SSR SPPL (IDR599,000 including tax)
- Passengers who purchase Pre-Book Lounge via the Citilink App are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket containing the SSR SCPL or SPPL code to Saphire Cenderawasih or Plaza Premium Lounge officers.
- Lounges are open every day from 03.00 to 23.59 local time.

- Passengers can access the Saphire Cenderawasih or Plaza Premium Lounge within 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
- If passengers book the Lounge directly at the cashier, please show the payment proof before entering the Saphire Cenderawasih & Plaza Premium Lounge.
- Proof of payment PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) is valid to use on the same date as the payment schedule.
- There is no charge for infants under 24 months traveling with adults.
- Passengers can enjoy the Saphire Cenderawasih or Plaza Premium Lounge facilities for a maximum of 3 hours.
- There is no maximum purchase for individual orders.
- Lounge access is only valid on the first flight and not on connecting flights.

- Passengers who purchase pre-book lounge products through the website www.citilink.co.id or the mobile application Citilink are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket containing the LGA SSR code to the Garuda Executive Lounge staff.
- The Garuda Executive Lounge service is not yet valid as a facility for Citilink passengers holding Garuda Miles Platinum / Elite Plus / Gold / Elite passengers.
- Lounge service operating hours every day from 06.00 to 18.00 (the operating hours may vary and change at any time according to the policies of each station).
- Passengers are entitled to get service facilities in the form of finger foods, drinks, smoking areas, prayer rooms, toilets, cable TV, Free Wifi and a more comfortable waiting room (Facilities and services refer to the standard SOP applicable at the Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge).
- For passengers who purchase lounge access directly at the cashier / ticketing then can show proof of payment to be able to enter the Garuda Executive Lounge.
- Proof of payment of valid PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) is used on the same date as the payment schedule.
- Passengers can access the Garuda Executive Lounge within 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
- Lounge access depends on the actual lounge availability, and will not be available on Black Out Date, such as:

- Peak season period (school holidays, long weekends, etc.)
- The black out date policy refers to the SOP that applies to the Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge

- Passengers are entitled to service facilities in the form of buffets, free flow drinks, WiFi, smoking room, cable TV and toilets, but facilities and services refer to standard SOPs that apply in each Lounge.
- Passengers who purchase the lounge directly at the Citilink Cashier or Citilink Customer Service can show a Payment Memo to enter the Concordia Lounge.
- Valid Payment Memo is used on the same date as the payment schedule.
- Passengers can access the Concordia Lounge within 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
- There is no charge for infants under 24 months traveling with an adult who has a Prepaid Lounge Access Payment Memo.
