Terms and conditions Bundling Product :

  1. Ancillary Bundling products are products offered according to the needs of Citilink passengers in the form of packages and more economical prices.
  2. Several bundling products that can be used as needed:

  3. Purchase bundling products can be done on Citilink mobile apps & website  (Fresh Booking). Order 'Green Plus' bundling products can be ordered max. 24 Hours before departure.
  4. On connecting flights, food/snacks will only be given once and applies to the first flight whereas on subsequent flights it will only be by seat.
  5. Passengers who purchase bundling products can upgrade their seat choices to the Green Zone area by paying the difference from the cost of purchasing the bundling products.
  6. Bundling products cannot be refunded for reasons caused by passengers (Voulantary).
  7. Passengers who make changes to the flight schedule, the previously selected seat number will be replaced randomly according to the availability of the existing seat number on the new flight schedule selected by the passenger.
  8. Passengers are not allowed to change seats during the flight.
  9. Passengers must always keep their boarding pass and ticket or e-ticket.

Order “Green Eco” bundling products can be ordered max. 4 Hours before departure and Order “Green Plus” bundling products can be ordered max. 24 Hours before departure.
  4. On connecting flights, meals/snack will only be given once and are valid on the first flight where on the next flight will follow seat
  5. Bundling products cannot be refunded for reasons caused by passengers (Voluntary).
