Terms and conditions and other benefits:

• Free 20 kg of sports equipment baggage, with the following conditions:
  1. The free 20 kg baggage fee for sports equipment is valid until December 31, 2024, with the following conditions:
     1. The free 20kg baggage fee for sports equipment is valid according to the current membership validity period.
     2. LinkSpot members with a validity period of 1 January 2025–22 March 2025 can only use sports baggage until 31 December 2024.
     3. LinkSport members with a validity period of January 1, 2025, to March 22, 2025, can request a refund by sending an email to customercare@citilink.co.id, refund applications are valid until April 30, 2024 (LinkSport members who do not submit a refund application by the specified time are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions, point 1, letter b).
  2. Sports baggage can be carried by passengers and is included in the free checked baggage allowance (Free Baggage Allowance).
  3. If there is excess baggage, excess baggage rates will be charged according to the applicable flight route rates.
  4. A free 20 kg baggage fee for sports equipment applies to bicycles, golf, surfing, diving, and hang gliding baggage.
  5. Registration and renewal of LinkSport membership will no longer be possible indefinitely.
  6. Sports equipment that can be carried on flights depends on the availability of space in the compartment, as long as it is available.Citilink reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
