Terms & Conditions :

1. Get a special price of IDR 45,000 per piece for Wrapping Baggage products during the promotional period by making a Pre Book purchase through the Citilink Mobile Apps.
2. Passengers can make a pre-book purchase of Wrapping Baggage products up to 4 hours before the flight through the Citilink mobile apps, available for passengers flying from:
• Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta, Domestic Terminal (HLP)
• Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport, Palembang (PLM)
• Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport, Pekanbaru (PKU)
• Kualanamu International Airport, Medan (KNO)
• Banyuwangi International Airport (BWX)
3. Purchases can also be made on the spot/walk-in at the airport, as mentioned in point 3, following the normal price of Rp 45,000 per piece.
4. Purchased Wrapping Baggage products cannot be canceled, transferred to another passenger, exchanged, or refunded after purchase. (Full refund only applies to passengers who have made a pre-book purchase but cannot undergo the wrapping process due to operational reasons).
